Multi-Chamber Filtration Systems were designed for the solid/liquid separation of large quantities of suspensions, also highly contaminated ones with a high content of slimy, oily, greasy and other substances which are difficult to separate. The permeate yield in many cases exceeds 98%. The concentrate is quite dry and compact. It has a dry substance portion of up to 50%.
Explosion proof and high temperature of filtration systems complement the manyfold possibilities offered by Multi-Chamber Filtration Systems.

Membrane Filtration Systems with stainless steel membranes were developed by ALTENBURGER particularly for the solid / liquid- separation even of critical suspensions.
They also are suitable for the first process steps in hybrid separation plants where they perform the prefiltration steps, thus preventing a clogging of nanofiltration or reverse osmosis membranes in the following steps

Different individual filter qualities and capacities adjustable with different stabiliser materials.
Working pressure < 4bar, separation of particles down to 0,1 µm.
